Toshokan Anime Club - Recruitment Drive: Celeste

Most of the time in storylines, costume design is simple so I don't bother doing a character sketch.   As part of the current storyline at "Toshokan Anime Club" (www.tanimeclub.com), I wanted to give Celeste a specific look.  While it is still pretty basic, this outfit has a bit more personality to it than previous ones.  I particularly like her happy face button.  Who knows, maybe she's a "Watchmen" fan?
